All WHHA staff, tenants, applicants, vendors and others deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Please be advised that WHHA has adopted a Civility Policy that prohibits certain behaviors.  Any potentially threatening, intimidating, abusive or harassing conduct, language or behavior against any of our employees will not be tolerated.  WHHA (i) will promptly and thoroughly investigate any reports of threatening, intimidating, abusive and/or harassing conduct, (ii) will follow all regulatory and statutory laws, and (iii) will exercise any legal actions appropriate for the circumstances, up to and including termination of assistance.
